વાળને લાંબા, જાડા અને મજબૂત બનાવવા માટે તેલ લગાવવું જરૂરી છે. તેનાથી માથાની ચામડીમાં રક્ત પરિભ્રમણ વધે છે, જે વાળના વિકાસમાં મદદ કરે છે. નિયમિત રીતે તેલ લગાવવાથી વાળ તૂટવાની સમસ્યા દૂર થાય છે અને તેમની ચમક વધે છે, પરંતુ ઘણા લોકોની ફરિયાદ છે કે તેલ લગાવવાથી વાળ વધુ ઝડપથી ખરે છે. જેના કારણે તેલ લગાવવાનું મન નથી થતું. તમને જણાવી દઈએ કે તેલ લગાવતી વખતે વાળ ખરવા સામાન્ય વાત છે, પરંતુ હા, ખોટા રીતે તેલ લગાવવાને કારણે તે વધુ માત્રામાં વાળ ખરે છે, તો આજે આપણે જાણીશું વાળમાં તેલ લગાવવાની સાચી રીત.
વાળમાં તેલ લગાવવાની સાચી રીત
- વાળમાં તેલ લગાવતા પહેલા તેલને થોડું ગરમ કરો.
- વાળને નાના ભાગોમાં વિભાજીત કરો.
- આંગળીઓની મદદથી સ્કેલ્પ પર તેલ લગાવો. જો તમે ઈચ્છો તો આ કામ ડ્રોપરની મદદથી પણ કરી શકો છો.
- સ્કેલ્પ પર સારી રીતે તેલ લગાવ્યા પછી, હળવા હાથથી માલિશ કરો.
- ખૂબ જ ઝડપથી માલિશ કરવાથી વાળ તૂટી શકે છે.
- તેલ માત્ર સ્કેલ્પ પર જ નહીં પરંતુ વાળની લંબાઈ પર પણ લગાવવું જોઈએ. નીચેના વાળમાં ડ્રાયનેસ વધુ જોવા મળે છે.
- તેલ લગાવ્યા બાદ એક ટુવાલને ગરમ પાણીમાં પલાળીને તેને નિચોવીને માથા પર લપેટી લો.
- ટુવાલને 10 મિનિટ સુધી લપેટી રાખો. તેનાથી સ્કેલ્પના છિદ્રો ખુલે છે, જેના કારણે તેલ સારી રીતે શોષાય છે.
- ઓછામાં ઓછા એકથી બે કલાક સુધી વાળમાં તેલ લગાવીને રાખો, પછી શેમ્પૂ કરો.
- તમે ઈચ્છો તો તમારા વાળમાં આખી રાત પણ તેલ રાખી શકો છો.
- અઠવાડિયામાં ઓછામાં ઓછું એકવાર વાળમાં જરૂર તેલ લગાવવું જોઈએ.

વાળમાં તેલ લગાવતી વખતે ક્યારેય પણ હથેળીથી વાળ ન ઘસો. તેનાથી વાળને પણ નુકસાન થઈ શકે છે, અને તેનાથી વાળ વધુ માત્રામાં ખરે છે.

The Election Commission of India has published the voter list for 2020 on its official website. With the convenience of the online system, it is no longer necessary to walk to a booth with your proof of identification or other essential documents to search your name on the voter list.
